Patricia L. Taraday

·         Drafted various ordinances for municipalities.

·         Researched various legal issues for municipalities, including regulation of door-to-door solicitation and whether it interfered with citizens First Amendment rights.

·         Provided support for major litigation including analyzing hundreds of pages of expert and public testimony and determining all potential LUPA appellants in case involving potential development of over 6000 dwelling units.

·         Prosecuted code enforcement cases for a municipality and successfully defended City before Hearings Examiner in land use case.

·         Drafted pleadings including successful summary judgment motions.

·         Litigated misdemeanor jury trials, bench trial, pre-trial hearings and contested hearings. Interviewed witnesses in preparation for trial and evidentiary motions.
